Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at GIMME.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns

You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

In the event of an incorrect item being received, email sales@gimme.co.za with photo evidence and the order number. The correct item will then be shipped, and the incorrect item collected.

 

If an item is faulty, email sales@gimme.co.za with a description of the fault and order number, the unit will then be collected for assessment and either replacement or credit. Should it be determined that the fault is as a result of physical damage due to negligence the unit will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if the incorrect item has been received or an item is faulty the seller will bear the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
