Shipping option

Shipping options and costs will be displayed upon checkout when the delivery address has been confirmed.

 

Local delivery

Free delivery is available for orders over R 1000.

Deliveries are made from 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, currently, we do not have the capacity to accommodate weekend deliveries. All orders ship from Cape Town, please allow 24 – 48 hours delivery time (72 – 96 hours if in a rural or outlying area).

While we endeavor to also offer the best delivery service, oftentimes there are things that happen outside our control and can cause a delay with shipping, in the event of your parcel being delayed we will communicate this to you via the email used when the order was processed.

 

In-store pickup

We do not currently offer an In-store pickup service.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (4 days for rural and outlying areas), please contact us at sales@gimme.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you are based in a rural area, please make use of the Pargo shipping option as an alternative to a physical address.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@gimme.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
